Returns and Exchanges

HomeMed strives to provide the best customer service and ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to assist and discuss any purchase prior to shipment to ensure that you are confident you are selecting the product that meets your needs. We also provide detailed product descriptions, additional product information and fitting videos on most of the product page to assist in the proper selection.

However, we understand that sometimes a purchase is not right, and a return may need to be requested. Therefore, within 10 days of your purchase, any sealed, unopened products you have purchased may be returned to us for a full refund, exchange, or credit minus any courier costs. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping will also be deducted. If you did pay shipping charges on your order, they will not be refundable.

Due to the nature of the medical equipment sold on HomeMed, returns of opened items will not be eligible for a refund.

  • CPAP Masks and CPAP accessories are considered open if the packaging has been opened.

  • CPAP Machines are considered used if the packaging has been opened and usage hours are present on the machine, or if the packaging has been opened and the machine shows any signs of misuse or damage.

  • Exceptions to the above will require prior approval. DO NOT return any product until you have contacted us and have been given either a Return Authorisation Number or explicit return instructions by email.

After we receive your item, our customer service team will examine it and process your return/exchange request. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Homemed is not required to provide you with a refund for a change of mind.

There will be a $15 charge for any shipment that is refused, returned to the sender, or a different delivery address is requested after shipment.
